F.I.R.E - A thoughtful journey of transformation - Begins June 8th

The acronym stands for Focus, Identify, Release and Expand. This general process remains through the programme. 

We begin by Focusing on our Breath. Our first choice on earth. To take a breath. Some of you will know that my journey has moved into exploring Conscious Connected Breathwork, as I look back, F.I.R.E was probably my first introduction to the power of breath. But so much more happened for me in those sessions that I definitely missed it's significance :)

Then we turn our attention to Identifying the beliefs we can see, and then exploring those we can't. All of which are reflected in the tapestry of our lives. 

Then we begin to truly exercise our choice. What would be like to Release those beliefs that no longer serve us? I was recently drawn to the beauty of knots in trees, and realised that these were wounds of letting go, healed by the tree and subsequently celebrated by us as beauty. Re-leasing gives us a new lease of life. A new set of choices to explore and experience. 

Finally Expanding into a new experience of life. Rising as a Phoenix out of the flames as we re-store(y) a new perception of our past beliefs, and begin to weave a different picture or at least the same picture with additional texture. 

The history :-

F.I.R.E was initially channelled by Roger Hanson (of RogerHansonLove.com), who was one of my teachers at the Holistic Healing College where I did my training to be an Holistic Counsellor and Coach.

Roger delivered this workshop over 2 days in person, and after my first experience of the course, I trained to be a practitioner, and as it happens I'm the only one in the UK. 

I have taken the premise of the course and with Roger's permission adapted it with my own channelling and insights and of course, Breathwork. I suspect this will keep evolving.
