Welcome intrepid explorer

For most of my life I've had an understanding that there is more to our experience than just our 5 senses. What that 'more' is has changed as I've explored and experienced different things, and I'm still exploring and still changing. 

In terms of remembering my essential nature, Natural Astrology, Numerology, Elemental Stars (A mix of Sabian Symbols and Sacred Geometry) and Soul Plan have had the most impact. 

Learning to be a Soul Plan Advanced Practitioner was the single most powerful thing I have experienced as I came to understand my childhood and early adulthood, my yearning for belonging and the pull of my vision. I share more of my story inside. 

Natural Astrology has built on this Soul Plan foundation. After experiencing a burn-out and depression I came to see the pattern of life in the cycles and rhythms of nature, that starts with the breath and is mirrored in the cosmos. Again, I share more of my story inside. 

Numerology continues to support both of these modalities as I explore the magic of 7 with the Elven Star and Hermetics and the 9 dimensions and energies.

Sessions include pre-preparation to create and tune into your Soul Plan, Numerology or your Astrological chart. We then meet for a 1-2-1 via Zoom for an exploratory session, which by it's very nature includes life coaching and breath. These sessions can be recorded, or I can create a post-session summary in writing. All with the intention of supporting you to Remember your Nature.
